Anaya I got this tip for my daughter hoping it would fit our Grossan Hydro pulse irrigator. I had planed to pull the silicon end off and put it on the wand for an adult Grossan tip. When it got here the wand fit perfectly into our Grossan irrigator, I am so glad it fits both machines! The silicon end is the size and shape of the adult tip but it has holes that let the water drain back out the same side of the nose if the nose is to congested or the child is not tilting their head. In 2005 I started using the NeilMed sinus rinse twice daily. I have not had a cold since. After four years of daily use, popped my first bottle last a leak. It takes about 16 moderate contract to empty 8 oz. bottle. There are approximately 44,720 squeezed into 4 years. Not bad. If you want to save money, mixing his own explanation is simple. Here is my recipe was developed after extensive research and testing: A 52 oz. tea jar makes enough for about six washes. 2 teaspoons salt measurement. Use kosher salt, sea salt or pickling salt and canned. A measuring teaspoon of baking soda. Before rinsing, heat the mixture in the bottle (no tip) with two quick bursts in the microwave careful not to overheat and damage the bottle. Two to 10 seconds breaks better than 1 / 22 It keeps burst formation of hot spots on the bottle. I've never had two microwave heated exactly the same. In the past I have bad sinus infections getting at least four times a year. I had (knock on wood) from my ENT endoscopic nasal surgery twice and now with drugs taken, and the product that I can not even Yeraris a sinus infection. Medicines for allergy nasal sprays are a must, but so is self-care. I do a nasal douche for my sinuses every night, and my doctor said that is what self-care for me so much better. And this powder is Sinuair what I did for my irrigation use at night. I have a bottle of nasal spray and I mix a teaspoon of the powder with water for gentle cleansing and moisturizing nasal wash. It is so soothing and takes very little time. Also makes it part of your daily regime to keep the sinus infections away and keep your allergies at bay. I bought this site are allergic to dust and my doctor, but the price here is an incredible offer good I think with allergies so prevalent now that people forget to care is the primary resource for good health. I bought a Eardoc after a long search for the relief of my two ears closed. Infections in both ears that my hearing was normal in 10% - could barely hear! I was taking antibiotics to treat infections and felt better, but after almost two weeks, my ears were still full. My doctor told me I only had to be patient. I'm not a very patient person, helping you have requested. I tried to drink tabasco sauce, I tried to impose a sock full of salt, I tried all the crazy ideas I could find. Then I met Eardoc. After paying a small fortune to have it shipped from abroad, who came and put to the test. I turned on the spot and behind the ear for five minutes in each ear. I used it again a few hours later and that was when I heard some cracks in one of my ears. I used it again before bed and when I woke up the next day one of my ears were clean and there was a lot of snaps in the other! Veramyst helps (but expensive). Nothing helped, after sneezing to clear my sinuses. It took us a glimmer of a chance to see Oprah Neti-pots. I bought my first neti pot with packets of salt crystals from packages Nasaline Salt -. Mixing Saline Solution, 50 PKT (Nasaline) and it was amazing how fast and clean it worked. The sneezing stopped! I'm talking about being in my early fifties and deal with this problem my whole life! So when the package ran out I bought several packets and then Nasaline NeilMed's Sinus Rinse Pre-Mixed packages, 100-Count Boxes (Pack of 2). Check Sinuè Saline Powder packages convenient. After some research (Target does not always have them, or other similar stores), I found SinuCleans to have the best deals on package. I have a Greene Waterpik used for decades, and while the effectiveness of the product - ideal for oral irrigation and harder gum - its consistency, design and product quality has faltered. Waterpik my first, bought in the early 1970s for sensitive gums, on the recommendation of my dentist, took much longer than my more recent purchases. Sometimes the engine does, and sometimes the snake issue. That said, do not last forever. But what really annoys me is the design of the product. First, instead of two "up" Waterpik gives you a "pick" and a "tongue scraper." And when you try to substitute items to buy, you buy them with the tongue cleaner. Moreover, the design of the current model of large and bulky, not neat and compact as it once was. And finally, is the only way to close Waterpik by removing the mark every time, fits the top not the bottom otherwise Conclusion: There is a great product, but are becoming increasingly uncomfortable with each new iteration, and I think the market is ripe for competition. Update May 2008: This Waterpik finally went the way of all mobile devices (application cable broke), and I bought the new "Ultra" model. I was a bit disappointed when I discovered that I needed to use distilled water after I bought it. It would have been nice to know in advance. The acquisition and use of distilled water is a bit of a headache and obstacle to the use of the product. The east coast is not the type of those of us who suffer from allergies and I had hay fever since I was a teenager. Unfortunately, as I age, the frequency of my sinus infections has increased beyond the standard spring and autumn seasons. Five years ago, I read about nasal irrigation. So I bought the bottles of saline and gave them a try. I felt a real relief. However, these bottles are expensive, so I would stop using them after the State should remove. Of course, after a while 'within the "problems" that he would return. A few years ago, during a sick day at home in bed, I read about how to use neti pots and the daily practice of washing the breast as a precaution. So I took one of them. I'm ok but I always tilt my head to one side, so those things come into my upper sinuses, and I believe my ears, dizziness, because it would not be an incentive for use of irrigation on a daily basis, which is bad. To prevent chronic illness sinusitis, it is best to keep your sinus passages clean. Finally I discovered Hydro With Sinus irrigation machine. The answer to colds, allergies and sinus samples of the Home Librarian shown, this product can put all the other cold, flu, allergies product off the market! My surgeon prescribed Alkalol for immediate use after sinus surgery. I've used ... Around fifteen years ago ... as needed. It offers immediate relief of symptoms of sinus. And probably every cold and allergy product you know is, this is one of my first choices. I have no worries about side effects or dependency. I can do it 2-3 times a day and then stop, without a restoration of the problem soon. I can not call a doctor for antibiotics when I get a sinus infection. Just start using Alkalol a few days. Clears it up (and I have not the nasty antibiotic side effects!) Have I had never heard of her, unless the surgeon has, and everyone I have recommended to (that's all!) Have never heard it this way. The company produces and should be a household word! This is the 'better mousetrap "People need to know! My only complaint is that I have always been special for Alkalol local pharmacy counters and had to wait several days for this to happen. I began my neti pot addition Alkalol after learning about it from my allergist Now I'm addicted! There is no return to normal saline solution - my neti pot is not simply the same without a little added Alkalol. It feels very refreshing and it does a better job of breaking traffic jams than normal saline. However, it was used until the beginning - the first time I tried Alkalol, I could hardly stand the strong smell. I recommend you work with a small amount from that you feel safe. Also, I've never used in the situation, it is recommended to concentrate on the bottle (half full), but I think it always works with me at a lower concentration. If it creates a feeling of burning discomfort, then you should try to reduce the amount of Alkalol and increasing the amount of saline. Basically, you pour a saline solution up one nostril which (if you're holding their breath through the mouth - a mistake, I've only once) gets the other nostril, irrigating and cleaning of most irritants and other things. It is very good for allergies, colds, and anything that has to do with the nose. The first time I could have this, to be honest, I felt an idiot with salt water from my nose. Now, after a few tries, it is second nature and relieves me of most of my sinus problems, including allergies. Overall, I really like and would recommend it to others by Nasaline Here are the advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: - Provides excellent flow control, which is one of my main needs. Easy to push and control the speed you want the salt solution to flow. - The tip is very comfortable and cozy fit. - Prevents solution to go back into the suction bottle, aka. I tried to try to force the tap water back and it took a lot of strength to it and get some 'in the water. - It's tons of packets of saline solution that is easy to install in the bottle. Cons: - The opening is a bit "too small. I wish it was bigger. Using my OXO measuring cup, water does not always go in spill-free. The additional pressure of the squeeze bottle makes a big difference. There seems to be more economical. An 8oz spray bottle cleans both sides of the nose. I have two 8oz neti pot to use clean fill on both sides. The bottle is a bit thin. I'm not quite sure how long it will last. I suffer from severe allergies and this has contributed to the orders of magnitude more than anything else. If your nose is so saturated that your spray antihistamine can not function properly, this product is for you. It also helps greatly in the department to avoid allergens. I love being outdoors, but I am very allergic, so I do an extra rinse after a walk and almost no time to affect me when I used to have an accident after the long walk. Let me add a few words about NeilMed package specifically. I bought a box of spare parts store brand thinking it could be different. I was totally wrong. The store brand is uncomfortable in my nose, and left a bad taste in the mouth that ruined the taste of food throughout the day for me. I threw the rest of the box and buy spare parts NeilMed. With Walker beginning I did not like this device because it is noisy and takes a lot of space on my vanity, but then I kinda like it. Until blocked, it is. Now the water pressure is so low that comes out has become redundant. It seems impossible to get clean lines and work again. The company is quick to blame the consumer, but I have never used salt ion and managed by a rinsing after use. Basically, the transmission lines are too thin and it is inevitable that clog. The company recommended that a bleach solution for everyone, but causes losses and do not really want to risk getting bleach in my chest the next time? Also, did nothing to clear the blockade. I just came back to use a stamp saline. Two years ago I had sinus surgery and cilia that filter in my face became paralyzed moisture casuing back up into my sinus as a clogged toilet My accupuncturist recommended water PIK when the wind blows in all sinus cavaities and pulsates as ciilia casiing them moving again. Grossan allergist gave me tips that can atttached on. I bought the Water Pik has used two years now and it works better than Neil with the bottle, Netti pot or salt spray. Grossan has a similar machine, but may also complaints from the break after one year, or just stop altogether. There is a rival hydro pulse machine that I would buy first, it seems to be better built. But the Water Pik works just as well, just buy Grossan replacement tips to go on. Washing with 2 teaspoons sea salt (iodized salt tends to irritate the passages), 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 teaspoons sugar substitute xylitol (you can use local food markets buy in health care, studies have shown that the properties that flushes bacteria and prevent bacteria from continuing to grow in), which mix in 4 cups of distilled water and rinse twice a day he works as well. I own it less than 24 hours and used it 4 times. Twice on each side, once in the morning and once in the evening. For the third time I noticed that I got this turbid water at the bottom where the tank connects to the device. I cleaned and thought that was perhaps published some bloody discharge from my statement. The nostril next I used it, then pulled the water tank and an investigation a little further and noticed the water was brown from the piece of metal with the screw that holds in the batteries. On Water is a person to enter cells and cause the battery acid or corrision seep into the water that I just ran through my sinuses. This is absolute nonsense. Lack the longevity of the College Counselor I am a convert to the idea of ​​nasal irrigation, which used a Waterpik with a nasal adapter for several years. There is no doubt that nasal irrigation can relieve sinus problems. I decided to try the Grossan Nasal Irrigation System and the press found an improvement over the Waterpik. The Grossan provides more control over the force of running water. However, my Grossan began calling all the 8th month of use, and completely failed 29 days after the one-year warranty. As the Grossan is about $ 100, I can not recommend. It is very expensive when it fails in so little time. Another critic said he spent two Grossan in a relatively short period of time.
