The east coast is not the type of those of us who suffer from allergies and I had hay fever since I was a teenager. Unfortunately, as I age, the frequency of my sinus infections has increased beyond the standard spring and autumn seasons. Five years ago, I read about nasal irrigation. So I bought the bottles of saline and gave them a try. I felt a real relief. However, these bottles are expensive, so I would stop using them after the State should remove. Of course, after a while 'within the "problems" that he would return. A few years ago, during a sick day at home in bed, I read about how to use neti pots and the daily practice of washing the breast as a precaution. So I took one of them.
