Best pre-mixed salt powder for sinus irrigation, I have a number of pre-mixed saline sinus irrigation tried powder, this is by far the best I've tried. I use a SinuPulse with saline twice a day. For whatever reason, this is the only powder that has prevented sinus infections. When used in the same way, I have another sinus infection while using other powdered saline mix. This powder will come off in a container, unmeasured. These packages are a bit more expensive than loose powder, but is very convenient for traveling. Comfortable, but too expensive! I used SinuAir package that came with my SinuPulse, and found that I needed only one per tank and the product is easily resolved. But I can not justify buying more when it is so much higher priced other pre-packaged options (and let's not even talk about how much cheaper homemade solution - I admit that I like the packages, because I'm lazy).
