Well water with a comb or better with a SinuPulse I used advanced elite SinuPulse SinuPulse nasal sinus irrigation system for some time and is the best nasal irrigation system, but the good thing is that the tip SinuPulse was designed to fit most models and PIK water. So if you have a Water Pik around the house dust it off and use the tip SinuPulse. It is great for additional family members who do not want to upgrade the system or are unsure SinuPulse. Check your model Water Pik, which fits almost all models WP20, WP30, WP32, WP60, WP70 and WP72, however, does not fit or wireless models WP100. Finally a company that creates products with universal design and can be used in more than one application, rather than products of this nature only serve to line their pockets by forcing consumers to buy products they do not want or can not afford. Anyway great product, but if you can afford the system SinuPulse recommend it. Make your own for $ 749 - Buy a bottle of NeilMed sinus rinse and use the tip! No need to buy this trick Sinupulse "special"! I already owned a unit WM70 Waterpik and used NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle (8 oz) I bought at Walgreens. Simply cut the tip of the tip of Waterpik extra irrigation (right after the curve of 45 degrees) and inserted into a silicone tube / tip that came with the NeilMed bottle. It fits perfectly and gives a tip of the great need to maintain a proper seal for nasal irrigation. I use the settings from 2nd to Waterpik and works perfectly. A very simple modification, works well. An additional advantage is that you can return the NeilMed tube / tip for use with 8 oz bottle that came with it. It works with my Waterpik Another critic said he did not work with their Waterpik, but I use it with an old man that nobody uses Waterpik (WP60W model) and is like a marriage made in heaven. Maybe it does not work with waterpiks connoisseur, I do not know. But for me, it fits perfectly with the way the economy is right now I just do not have the money to complete the system Sinupulse. Although Waterpik is a bit noisy, is a thousand times better than my neti pot or steamer hypertonic I've tried. I imagine it is not so different from Sinupulse, functionally speaking. I've been using for two months now and I've had no problems with constipation. I will continue to use my breasts to the Waterpik dies. If it then I will save money and get the real thing ..
