Amazing relief! I have also used a neti pot, but this is far superior. I have severe allergies all year round, and a friend recommended neti pot which my doctor had never mentioned. It worked so well right off the bat, I bought this and I'm surprised. It only takes a few minutes, and I use it once in the morning and before bed, as part of my regular routine. The thing is terrible, and it gives me instant relief increased use of night has really helped the congestion in the morning. I can not overcome the change. If you have allergies or sinus problems, could this really, really improve your comfort level. I have yet to take my medicine, but at least now I can be aware of the problem, and I give full credit to SinuPulse. It sounds as if I was an employee, but I'm just a normal person with allergies. And I breathe! YAY! I wish I had tried the SinuPulse Late! I am a nurse for 24 years and has suffered with chronic sinusitis for 15 years or more. I tried everything, make changes in my environment for nasal irrigation My allergist, ENT doctor and I have all the water hit my sinuses twice a day. They say it's like washing your face. That makes sense. I've done this on and off for years to use a bulb syringe, a neti pot, and then plastic squeeze bottle. I felt like the daily watering was nothing to do and I was still inflamed sinuses. Plus, I was always fluid in my ears. So I reached only with irrigation, if I have a sinus infection. I was just talking with another nurse and she suggested I try a pulsating water jet. I had seen Grossan Irrigator, but thought, "What can it possibly do to me that the other does not," I thought: "I am willing to try anything." So I went to order it online, and that's when I saw the SinuPulse. At that time I did not know which product to try, since it costs the same and seemed to do the same. I called and spoke with a service representative from Health Solutions was impressed that many of his time to talk to me. He explained that the SinuPulse did. He stressed how SinuPulse a salty soft coils but leveraged defeat in the nose and smaller breasts forward. This pulsating action is more effective in removing the debris, because it can penetrate and even more areas of the breast than a simple product like a neti pot or nasal wash bottle. It also helps break down biofilm, massage of the mucous membranes and helps restore the function of cilia. (Cilia are the microscopic hairs that naturally move the debris from the sinus passages.) SinuPulse I think is well designed. The device has no latex or rubber, which is great for me because I am sensitive to these matters. The plastic is antimicrobial. The device is about one liter solution. The tip of nasal irrigation is an atomizer. I do not see this feature for the product Grossan. Using this tip, you can manage a beautiful spray of salt solution into the sinus cavity, this is far more efficient than using a bottle of saline spray to keep your nose moist. It can also be used to administer medications or other rinses far more effective than a spray. (I would consult your doctor about what solutions you can use with the nebulizer.) When I have a sinus infection, I use Pulmicort Respules, a steroid used in a nebulizer for asthma sufferers. (Yes, you inhale.) In addition to nasal irrigation tips, two throat. I never thought that I would use them. But I did and it helped me a lot. Sometimes I have a nagging cough, even though my sinuses feel clear. I think there is still a thin layer of postnasal drip, even after you rinse the sinuses. It also has the tip of a fine mist sprayer to administer the neck, if necessary. When I had SinuPulse I had just finished a course of antibiotics for a sinus infection.
