Sherman I just used the NeilMed Sinugator, and it really helped my post nasal drip that was making me cough. It was easy to use, didn't make me gag as I thought it may, and I would highly recommend it. I boiled some water as they recommended, and let it cool down to just warm and then followed their instructions. I have allergies and take antihistamines. Instead, I plan to use this device daily. WOW By Victor da la Tnalag I've been using the Waterpik irrigation attachment for years from Grossan and it worked pretty well. It was messy and time consuming however. Just got the Sinugator today and was amazed at how much faster and how much better it irrigated the sinuses. 30 seconds and done !I don't like having to irrigate, but it just got a whole lot easier to do it.
